DAN BARWICK of Paradise Ridge Winery in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley, specializes in Sauvignon Blanc, but he also makes damned good Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery was destroyed in 2017's wildfires, and the family is now rebuilding.  If anyone could use a beer it’s surely Dan, so we head for Plow Brewing Co. in Santa Rosa to chat about English beer, wine, and the fires that changed everything.
